A few weeks after the event announcement, we will also announce via our Instagram account whether a VIP package is available. So please keep an eye on our socials!
If you wish to receive a refund for your VIP deposit, please note that it is only possible to do so up until 24 hours before the event. After this deadline, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

We would like to inform you that Sense Asian has a strict no-refund policy for ticket purchases. Once tickets are purchased, they are considered non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. We understand that unexpected situations may arise that prevent ticket holders from attending the event. In such cases, we recommend utilizing TicketSwap. It allows you to securely sell your tickets to other people, ensuring that your tickets do not go to waste.
No, our tickets are not personalized with names. The tickets purchased for our events are generally transferable and can be used by anyone, regardless of the name on the ticket. This means that if you are unable to attend the event, you can give or sell your ticket to someone else to use.
To ensure a smooth ticketing process, you should receive a confirmation email with your ticket immediately after purchase. If, for any reason, you do not receive your ticket confirmation, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com. Our customer support team will assist you promptly and ensure that you receive the necessary ticket information.
The minimum age for our events is 18 years or older.
Individuals under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter the club.
It is mandatory to show a valid ID for individuals under 25 years of age. A photo of an ID is not considered valid.
It is possible to get on the guest list for our events through our crew members. Each of our crew members is given a certain number of guest list spots to give away. However, there are a few things you need to do in order to claim your spot. You must post the event poster on your Instagram story and tag @senseasianeu. The post must remain on your story for 24 hours. Then the crew member will pass on your name to us, and upon approval, you will be added to the guest list.
Contact the club/ location where the event is held: Refer to the club’s website for their contact information and report the lost or found item to the responsible person or department. This could be the administrator, secretary, or customer service.
We recommend keeping an eye on our social media channels and website for any updates on job openings. It is possible to become a crew member as well. Currently, we have three different crews: Sense Asian NL, Sense Kpop NL, and Sense Asian BE. Depending on the size of the crew, we will post a message on our social media accounts. It may be possible that we are actively looking for crew members. If this is the case, it will be indicated on our Instagram accounts. If you would like to become a member, you can send us a message on our Instagram accounts.
We understand that concerns may arise regarding event photographs. While attending our events generally implies consent for event photography, we do offer an option to request the removal of specific photos.
If you have identified a photo of yourself that you would like to be considered for removal, please send a request to email@example.com. Kindly include the link to the photo in question, along with your specific request for removal.
