1. Definitions

“Sense Asian” refers to the organizer of the event. “Visitor” refers to any person who has purchased a ticket or otherwise seeks to attend a Sense Asian event. “Event” refers to any event organized or hosted by Sense Asian.

2. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Sense Asian reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Please check this section regularly for updates, as you are bound by the current version. If you purchase a ticket after any amendment to these terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version.

3. Tickets

Tickets are available through our ticketing system, Weeztix. Weeztix has its own terms and conditions that apply alongside these Sense Asian terms and conditions. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Sense Asian will decide on an appropriate solution regarding the compensation of purchased tickets.

Only purchase tickets through our official partners. Ticketswap is our only authorized resale platform. We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets bought via other channels.

4. Admission Policy

Visitors must be at least 18 years old and must show valid identification (passport, driver’s license, identity card). Refusal to show ID may result in denied entry without a refund. A guestlist reservation does not guarantee entry. Doors close at 02:30. If you arrive after 02:30, your ticket will expire without refund.

Aggressive or dominant behavior (verbally or physically) at the entrance is prohibited. Visitors under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused entry. Individuals who have caused problems in the past may also be denied access. Visitors must comply with the venue’s house rules and policies at all times. Sense Asian reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who poses a threat to safety, violates rules, or causes disruption, without entitlement to a refund.

5. Liability

Attendance at Sense Asian events is at the visitor’s own risk. Sense Asian and the venue accept no liability for any loss, injuries, or damages sustained at the event, including theft, loss of property, or personal injury.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseeable events beyond Sense Asian’s control, Sense Asian reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event without being liable for refunds or damages.

7. Photos and Recordings

Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed, and you grant Sense Asian unlimited rights to use these images and videos for promotional activities across any media platform, without any time or geographical limitation and without any compensation.

8. Privacy

Sense Asian processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that your data may be used for communication related to the event and for promotional purposes.

9. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
